Backup scheduler not working?

When I schedule a whole server backup on the server repository, the backup does not appear to take place.
Individually scheduled site backups work but are not preferable as the whole server backup takes care of this as well.

Settings are to activate the task, daily, store in Server repository, All Server config and content, and I don't suspend domains during backup task.

Any thoughts?

yes, me too! since i update Plesk to a new version 1 month ago!
