Backup to personal ftp Repository

Hi,

I've recently upgraded our server from 9.3 to 9.5 and everytime I do a server contents/ config backup in plesk backup manager, I see that the size is only 509B but on the ftp site the file is reporting to be 1.3GB.

Would this be a bug in Plesk?

There are can be different reasons of this issue. It is required deep investigation directly on tour server. Format of forum's discussions can't help with it. Therefore I suggest you contact support team.
