• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Does anyone know anything about backups? The option is greyed out in my PLESK....

It is not available yet ... Its on beta testing.

I think that they should remove the feature from the website description.

I agree 100%, When reading the features it seems to be fairly deceptive. If I buy a car with Sunroof in the description I don't expect to get a car with a chalk line on the top for when the sunroof has been perfected.

I agree as well, thanks for letting me know. They need to get this feature released, backups were one of the reasons I purchased a control panel. The features available for this version of PLESK seem a little bit lacking.....

Trouble Ticket support is another one that im looking forward to.

I just purchased Plesk 6.5 and installed it, and i have the same problem. :(
Is there another way to get all the settings from my old domain at Plesk 6.0 (Linux) over to my Plesk 6.5 Windows server?
(mail accounts and so on..?)
