    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Hi,

we bought a few Plesk licenses via a reseller because you dont want to have direct costumers, with yust a few licenses.

And now we can click the support button in Plesk but after writting 30 minutes a ticket after sending it, the support deks on your website says:

"Sorry please contact our partner for support"


So iam billing 30€ for an none direct supported admin panel?

no thanks SwSoft or paralles, iam going back to cpanel.
 
unfortunately Parallels (Swsoft) policy require support package to be purchased additionally.

there is only 30-days of free support if you purchase license from Parallels directly.

support is not included into license cost, others do it.
 
You get support from the people you buy the product from.

if you buy a Honda from a dealership and have a problem with it, you do not call up Honda for help, you go back to your dealership for assistance.
