Issue Ban ipv6 error

if i try to ban ipv6 i have this error "ArithmeticError: Bit shift by negative number (Address.php:871)"

I confirm that mentioned issue id product defect. Thank you for reporting. The reference number is PPP-71961

As temporary workaround I can suggest you to ban IP addresses without mask. Instead of
2001:db8::/127

ban 2001:db8:: and 2001:db8::1 separately

but i must ban 2a03:2880:f814::/48 ipv6 class for spam, now i lock it with firewall
