when I login via remote shell and using command "ifconfig" and other commands, the shell alert that "#root command not found" is this normal. why I can't use this command and other command too..... does plesk have diabled this group of commands? if yes, is it possible to enabled it?

what username did you use to login? you need to be root to use the ifconfig command.
