Batch setup of qmail accounts

How can I set up qmail accounts on Plesk 8.2 without using the control panel? I can write a script but need a step-by-step explanation of the procedure.

just use Plesk CLI - they are described in the manuals + they have --help context help, located in /usr/local/psa/bin or /opt/psa/bin
