Question best apache & mysql config for a single site

hello
my server have 32 core and 256 gig ram but dont use more than 10-gig of ram and also load in often under 5
but site have delay on loading...
some time the delay is up to 10-15 seconds

is there a way to find best config for mysql and apache(nginx) memory and connection for a better performance?!

Well you dindt tell much about your system & settings..., so you can start with this knowledgebase entry Troubleshooting slow websites & TTFB for site is too high in Plesk. What can be done to improve it? & A website hosted in Plesk is not accessible or working slow on PHP-FPM: server reached max_children setting or Bad file descriptor (9)

As you have plenty of Ram, you might benefit from optimize your server using ram disk like tmpfs.
