  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Best pratices for create a new FTP user

Hi,
i have a question because,
i try to create a new FTP user on a Domain,
so i follow this docs and i can to connect it but i can't upload file in.

i must have my FTP in passive (so that it's good ^^),
in port 21 ( that it's good too ^^),
but when i try to upload file i have an error

My log :
Connected to "My Uri" server FTP.
Connected on "my user name".
Switch to passive mode
Remote system type is UNIX
Remote directory changed to /
Alphabetical directory:
*list of my files*

Unable to upload file test_upload_file_20220302_044459.txt

My system :
Linux : Debian GNU/Linux 10.11 (buster)
Plesk Version : Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.41

so did i miss something ?

Is the directory writeable for the new FTP user, e.g. is it group psacln or psaserv? And are its permissions at least 066x?
