BIG problem after upgrade to 4.5 from 4.2.3

Has anyone else had the problem of publishing a site for the first time in 4.5 to find only a blank page on the domain? It seems the code is there, but no web page is visible! Freakish! Good thing it's not a customer's site but my own.
 
Ignore this post...

The problem resolved itself. Don't know how. But all is well now. Can't say I did anything to resolve the issue.
