BIG Restore Backup Problems!

Help!

I am getting the following error when I try and restore a domain from a PLESK backup - this is all we have available.

Execution of /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/domain.php --update hometownfashions.com -hosting true -hst_type phys -ip 208.109.110.150 -ssl true -webstat webalizer -same_ssl true -login htfashions -passwd -shell /bin/sh failed with return code 1.
Stderr is
An error occured during domain update: error in hosting updating: Unable to update hosting preferences: system user update is failed: User htfashions already exists.

Have tried deleting the domain and recreating it, deleting all references to htfashions in the databases and everything.

Looking for help, fast!
 
For those with a similar problem, problem was solved by deleting a file containing htfashions user data found in the site root /.

Can't remember the exact location but it was simply a case of deleting the file - and viola.

This was solved by Plesk support
