  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Blank eshop and image gallery

New Pleskian
Hi,

We have a user that published with the builder, and are now having issues with their eshop and gallery:
- the published site looks fine
- In edit mode, the eshop and gallery are blank
- In preview mode, the error given is, "Cannot get categories data." and, "Cannot get categories."

I've tailed the error_log, but do not see any errors.

The public_html/data/storage/sb_modules.php file is still there as well.

Any ideas?

Hello,

Please first look at the following article:

Then verify the accessibility of the publishing location from the Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder. Such errors are usually cased because publishing location is inaccessible (i.g. because the FTP server credentials are incorrect, the web site is inaccessible via port 80 from the PPSB server).
