Blank page in file manager

Parallels Plesk Panel, 10.4.4, 35, os_Ubuntu 10.04, GenuineIntel, Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 220 @ 1.20GHz

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
- I have problem with create new hosting. When I go to Control Panel of some page and then to File Manager or FTP Access I see only blank page.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Create new customer with some domain. Then go to control panel of the subscribe and click on File Manager.

ACTUAL RESULT
- Blank page

EXPECTED RESULT
- Page when I can work with hosting files and folders.

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- I try to fix it by this thread: http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=259928&highlight=blank+page, but it dont work. When I rewrite file common_func.php3, Plesk write me: "This file is part of Plesk distribution. It cannot be run outside of Plesk environment."

Nobody here knows why I can get with some of the domains in file manager and not with different??
 
the fix you mention in your post is only for windows does not apply to the linux version of plesk.

MU#26 fixes the issue that seems to be caused by an incorrect type of field data in the sessions table in mysql.

Applying the MU through plesk fixed the issue for me, it took several minutes to apply though so be patient while updating.
