blocking a client does not block sending e-mails (SMTP) from blocked domains

Hi,
We found a bug in blocking clients/domains function.
When we blocked a client who sends a lot of spam messages we think that sending e-mails are blocked too but only reciving (from pop/imap accounts) are blocked and the client may send the messages from blocked account.
