fliegerhermi

Regular Pleskian
Hi.
I tried to update debian from 8 to 9.
During the final step (/opt/psa/bin/distupgrade.helper.deb8-deb9_post.x64.sh) the script fails with:
+ exit 1^M
Bootstrapper repair actions failed^M
Some error during dist-upgrade post stage have occurred.^M
Check /var/log/plesk/install/plesk-distupgrade.log for error details.^M
Visit Dist-Upgrade Support for information about troubleshooting and recovering from failed dist-upgrade.^M

Anyone with an idea how to resolve this?

Thanks.

This warning message can be safely ignored it is related to a bug PPPM-8500 and it will be corrected on future versions of the product.

Well, thanks for the answer.
So you are saying it is pretty sure that this permission-issue is causing the "bootstrapper repair actions failed" alert?

I have a hard time upgrading a production machine with this kind of errors....

Thanks!
