PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
If someone install an application via APS, and then deleted via FTP (not through the uninstall link), and if a backup is scheduled, a problem occurs.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1- install for example drupal or joomla on a website via APS
2- connect to FTP, and delete all files and directory (of the installed apps), some directories can't be deleted
3- start a backup
4- problem occurs
5- when clicking on "delete application" via APS, it does'nt work
ACTUAL RESULT
1-the sent mail :
Backup task finished.

The probleme existed also on our old server : plesk 10.4.4 last microupdate, centos 6.2, 64 bit
A non programmer or some one who host a web site, not necessarily know that he has to delete the apps via APS (if he installed it or another did it), and can delete by error via ftp, so i think that if it occurs, it must not penalize the server or it's funtionality (like a backup)
