BUG: broken certificate chain with Horde

Hi guys,

as with this Bug in Roundcube Horde is also missing the "SSLCACertificateFile" part, in both the template and the horde.conf file.

OS: Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS
Plesk: 11.5.30 Update #32
