Hi, deltatree,

If I correctly understand you then you try to sync subscription ("Abonnement") which has not been provisioned to Panel yet. It's an expected behavior that such subscription can't be synced.

If you create new customer and new subscription, new invoice will be generated for customer.
Firstly you need to pay for this invoice - go to Invoices, find invoice and apply manual payment for it.
After that customer (and his subscription) will be provisioned into Panel. Usually it takes up to 5 minutes.
If you want to force this process then go to Events, find an event "ProcessPanel of subscription <id>", expand it and use tool "Run now". Subscription will become synced automatically after successful provisioning.

You receive errors when synchronizing subscriptions because there are no invoices paid for them. CBM is designed for organizing financial operations with your subscriptions and customers. And as it defined in it's settings, subscriptions would not provision in Plesk until invoices for them are paid.

To ensure that CBM works correctly you can create test subscription in CBM, paid invoice for it manually and it will be successfully provisioned in Plesk. Also note that such errors:

Failed to sync subscription #11: Subscription is not provisioned yet

will appear even if invoice is paid because provisioning process takes some time and subscriptions are ton synced instantly. It is recommended that you provision the subscription to be able to synchronize it.
