Bug: Error message when changing hosting type to No web hosting

In 11.5.30 Update #11,

When I create a new customer, and then change the hosting type to No Web Hosting, I get the following error message sometimes:
Error: Domain Service Web not exists: domain=example.com, id=337

This happens only the first time when changing the hosting type, on subsequent tries it seems to be working correctly.

I'm on 11.5.30 Update #13, with all components up to date, and it's still happening.
