BUG: /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics for one domain causes emails to be sent out

Even if I run the statistics for one domain, it causes a GLOBAL emailing to all customers that exceed their bandwidth or disk quotas. My idea was to put the following command into crontab so it would be run more often than once-a-day.

I run:
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=something.com

and I get several emails (as do the customers I'm sure!)
