bug:web site URL in 'publishing settings' cleared!

I believe we can reproduce it: customer change the site name in the 'general' tab of a website in sitebuilder, impossible to publish after it. I checked, in the publishing settings tab, I must reenter the web site URL.

I had this happening a dozen of times with different customers, not a single time.

This problem was already fixed and the patch is available. Contact support to get this patch.
