Bugs at Acronis Backup
PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE:
Plesk ONYX - latest release
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
I've found some bugs from the acronis backup extension.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
Go to extension page and look to the details at your dashboard.
ACTUAL RESULT:
Details are missing for the last 7 days
EXPECTED RESULT:
Solved responses of the numbers with accepted and failed backups.
ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Hi @IgorG,

Yes i can, some elements will not works when page are loaded. When i look into the status of the amount successful and failed backed up files of the last 7 days, then the numbers shows all zeros.

We need ALL details. For example:

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE

Problem description and STR is absolutely unacceptable. No any details there.
Please look at correct reports in this forum section as examples.

is here someone who offer acronis backup space to there customers? Acronis is most buggy Extenion in Plesk. Amazing.

Databases are not available, Mail also for Download.
So FIle-Backups are available for every Customer but we can not define for which Subscription only

There is no way to log out and change Account. You have to Uninstall the Extension and Start again.

U can not define which Backup-Plan u can choose.
Backups for Customers only available if u Backup into the Cloud. Network Drives are not supported.
