• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi there,

I have had some customers report some issues they've found with Parallels Plesk 9.3 for Windows. Please find details below:

Image Issues with new account

Summary:
On a new account setup, where hotlink protection is Off (default). Images aren't accessible until hotlink protection is enabled.

Action:
1. Create a brand new hosting account (No DNS resolution, accessing by IP address)
2. Upload a web page with images
3. View the web page in your favourite browser

Intended Result:
A website with image

Actual Result:
A website with no images

Fix:
Enable hotlink protection

File Management Issues

Summary:
Plesk FileManager batch File Copy only copies the first selected directory.

Action:
1. Make a directory with loads of folders and data
2. Go into file manager, browse to your directory, select all directories
3. Click copy, specify a destination, submit

Actual Result:
Only the first selected directory copies

Intended Result:
All selected directories should copy

Hi IgorG,

The Operating System is Windows Server 2008 Web Edition with Service Pack 2.

Hope this helps.

Ok, thank you! I have forwarded it to developers.

Robert, is the issue with images reproduced permanently?
Can you provide page or HTML code with pictures?
