CA certificate

Hello all,

after I bought a SSL certificate and load for my website. It still says CA certificate is absent. It just load certificate.

Do I need to buy another package for CA certificate?

Thanks in advance for any reply
 
I always buy certificates from comodo and they always send their CA cert with my certificate.. I think if you'll contact your cert provider they send their CA cert or may be they send the url that you can grab their CA cert...
