can I delete Temp Files under Plesk Administrator?

We are running out of Disk-Space and therefore I´m looking for a sollution.
Under the Folder C:\Documents and Settings\Plesk Administrator\Local Settings\Temp are many Subfolder with Names like tmp158.tmp, tmp2B9.tmp,...
Many of them are some month old.
Can I delete them without the risk of loosing Data or PLESK is crashing?

Also running out of space because of other tmp files

.tmp files under my SWSoft/Plesk/admin/db/ folder take a huge 6.69GB out of the total 10GB of my drive. Can I delete them? Is there another better way to manage this?

I'm running Plesk 8.6 under Windows 2003 Server
