Can no longer browse hosted sites?!?!

Hello, we have bee running a server for approx 4 months, and over the last 72 hours we have been unable to access any of our hosted sites, they sometimes come up but all other times they just time out. We have had no problems in the past but since we added one site (www.thepuzzleplayer.com) and it all come tumbling down.
Our hostings tech support has not been able to do anything, and i am at my wits end!
Domains that we have hosted are www.thepuzzleplayer.com, ads.lovattspublications.com, mailinglist.wwwhosting.net.au and data.websitepuzzles.com.

Thanks, i think it may be due to maxclients...
