Can not acces via ftp

Hello
I have Plesk 12 on Ubuntu. In an earlier version of Plesk I have some domains and all was fine. Now on a new server I have a problem: I cannot access to the domains via ftp. I have have user and I can connect to the server with a ftp client. But after (successfull) login I did not receive any data and can not do anything.

Any results of troubleshooting, logs investigation, etc?
"It doesn't work" is really not enough on technical forum, sorry.

I solved it. I must activate "Systemrichtlinie für eingehenden Traffic Sonstigen eingehenden Traffic zulassen". This was disabled.
