Can not add my own subscription

Hi all, I am trying to add my own subsciption on Plesk 10 but getting this error:

PAM password change failed: 24, Failed preliminary check by password

I tried to use very strong passwords but still same error.

Any suggestion?

System info:

Centos 5 (final), x86_64
