Question Can not download my email on email client

Hi,

Since a few days, I can not download and read my email on my email client on my PC and mobile, it's take a long time to try to download and then nothing. I checked a little on the forum and found on issue, but it's not the router or firewall , because on my mobile it's connect on 4G and my PC local network. I don't know if could be a update made that, because I find out Plesk was a few days ago updated.

I do not know what to do, I tried everything and nothing

My email client on PC is thunderbird and on Android it's Outlook mobile

Thank you for your answer, for the client side no error, just like timeout error, but on the plesk side, I can not found the mail log server, or was not configured

Looks like in fact no log when I try to connect with thunderbird, because I touhght it was the log that I shared in fact nothing on the log, I found the previous log, when I can connect and download the email, but now it's blank, so I guess the problem is on the client and not the server
