Issue Can not opn Backup Manager only by one domain

Hi,

i Calling the backup manager on Plesk Onyx Plesk Onyx
Version 17.5.3 Update # 64 Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS for a domain, there are the following error

'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 17: ordinal not in range(128)

only by a one domain - by another domain the backup manager works fine

someone knows the problem and has a solution

The root cause is a client with Unicode character in login name like 'järjestyksenvalvoja'. As a possible workaround just change login name.

There is no user with Unicode character only one website with Unicode character
