As I can see ticket 588776 is in processing state right now. You should get update soon. As for the error you provided remote FTP host to which publication goes should observe some requirements. Full requirements list you can find on here:

So according to message on remote host (it can be the same host where Sitebuilder installed) ionCube loader should be installed for system PHP. This is an administrative task and should be applied by system administrator on the server. Actually, this task quite simple. ionCube loader and installation instructions can be found here: http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php
