Issue Can not restart web server / New configuration files for the Apache web server were not created

Hi,

Im having trouble to start my apache web server.

System:
OS: ‪CentOS Linux 7.6.1810 (Core)
Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 Update #62


Thats the notification I get in plesk:

Yesterday I had this error in plesk but a reboot of the whole server "fixed" it temporary:

Looks like D-Bus bug - FTP Login intermittently fails: Failed to activate service 'org.freedesktop.systemd1': timed out

I am getting this error too. I have the latest version of D-Bus, FTP login is working fine.

Version 17.8.11 Update #80, last updated on Jan 27, 2020 08:13 AM (today) since when Apache is refusing to start).
