Cannot able to restore mssql database in plesk panel 11.0.9

Dear All,

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE
Parallels plesk panel 11.0.9
Microsoft Windows 6.1;build-7600;sp0.0;suite272;product3

I am running several asp.net/mssql websites on windows plesk panel. Today i tried to restore database form plesk panel but it gives error :
Error: dbbackup failed: unable to restore database "abe_db"
could not load file ro assembly 'Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo, Version=11.0.0.0, Cluture=netural, PublicToken=89845cd8080cc91 or noe of its dependicies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I googled and come to know that issue is related with .net framework but however i am failed to resolve it.

Please advise me to resolve it.
