  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Cannot Access Admin Panel

I recently installed Plesk on an Intel server running a CentOS minimal install. Everything starts and runs fine, and I can login to the control panel, etc from the server's console. However, when I try to go to the server's IP address (https://xxx.xxx.xx.xx:8443) from a different computer, it will load the top.php3 file for the admin page and then show a 'page cannot be displayed error' where the login form should be. I have tried connecting on two different computers in both IE and Firefox. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Thanks,
Tom

Is this IP can be correctly resolved to hostname and vice versa? Do you have SSO enabled? Maybe SSO is incorrectly configured?
