• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Cannot Access Mail Queue

K a M a L

New Pleskian
while viewing my mail queue ( about 30 K emails ) , I tried sorting them by date then the page kept reloading forever .. now I think it is not necessary to sort the mail queue but I'm unable to access it , seems plesk saved the sort option somewhere and trying to sort every time I access the page .. I tried clearing cookies , temporary internet files and tried another browser with no luck , where can I find an option to cancel this sorting process ?

30k queued emails!?

Sorry, I don't the answer to your question but it might be useful to provide the version of Plesk you're using and on what OS.

I would have thought the sort preference would have been stored in the browser session (cookie) so surprised that trying a different browser or clearing cookies/sessions did not resolve.
