Resolved Cannot access my website after Plesk server restart

Hello,

I have restarted the Plesk server. Then, I am not able to access my website.
I have checked the /etc/init.d/nginx status. It is running.
The error when accessing the website is :

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Additionally, a 503 Service Unavailable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
 
Is Apache running, too? Are the websites set to "active" or have they been disabled in Plesk? Is the PHP-FPM service running that provides the PHP version that is selected for the website?=
 
Peter Debik, thanks for explanation.
