Issue Cannot access plesk - Error

Hello guys, my first post here on the community.

I cannot access plesk. I see this error.
Host provider says that server work fine and if exist any issue to plesk, this is not his problem.
The days that plesk collapse, the same days they heve do DNS changes.

There is problem with mysql server. Try to restart it, check mysql logs if not started. Also there are many related KB articles that can help you with troubleshooting and fixing this issue. Just try to search something like "Unable to connect to database: mysql_connect() No such file or directory" here Plesk Help Center
