Issue Cannot access the login page for Plesk control panel

Hello,
I need to update the IP Address and Nameservers for my website but I cannot get access to the login page for the Plesk control panel. The website in question is this: www.skiathoslaluna.gr

I try https://skiathosweb.com:8443 and https://95.129.40.249:8443 but I get an error message in both cases.
Does anybody know how I could access the Plesk control panel?

The IP address seems to be false.

This means the IP address is wrong. It says nothing about a domain name.

Your domain has not expired. You can check it online, for example at centralops.net.

The issue is not about your domain name, but the IP address.

Please contact your web hosting provider.

The correct IP Address of the website is the following: 35.214.230.109

The IP address of a server is not determined by the IP address that is listed in a domain name record. It is determine by the network, datacenter, rack, slot, router in that data center where your server is located. You really need to contact your web hosting provider what the correct IP address is or why your server is unresponsive on that IP.
