Issue Cannot Change Plesk Cpanel Timeout Settings

I am trying to upload a large zipped file to plesk however, by the time the file is finished uploading it says "0 Files Uploaded Uknown Reason" or something like that.

i believe the session has expired by the time the upload finishes. I am trying to change the Plesk Settings However I don't see an option here to extend the timeout time out time in PHP settings. Am i doing something wrong?
