• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Cannot change service plan of a subscription

GianyG

New Pleskian
Hello,

On Plesk 11 I added a new Service Plan but when trying to assign it to a Subscription it does not appear in the Drop down list, it keeps saying "No change". Any idea what could be the problem ?

Are you sure that you are not entered as reseller or subscription is not owned by reseller's customer?

Thanks for answering. I'm logged in as Admin, in Service Plans I have 3 plans that are owned by "ProviderA". If I go to a Subscription and select it and then Change Plan then none of the 3 plans are shown and only No Change appears..
Reseller "ProviderA" owns all customers.. What is the problem here?

Have you tried login as reseller and change plans for these subcscriptions to reseller's plans?
