Resolved Cannot change SSH access for FTP user

PubliOne

New Pleskian
Hello, I migrated to Onyx a few weeks ago. With version 12, a FTP user could be granted access to SSH services with a dropdown menu. Now the dropdown is gone, and I’m stuck with "Forbidden" for new users (see the screenshot below).

Without the SSH access set to /bin/bash, I cannot log with SFTP.

What should I do?

Domain create on Onyx, SSH is disabled and cannot be changed:

Either in account customization (box at the right side of the "webspace & domains" tab):

Or in the "service plans" item in the main menu (select your service plan from there):

Ok, now I see. I’m on a VPS service on Register, and it looks like I do not have the option to customize the subscription.

Here is my home screen:

I guess now the only option I have is to contact customer care. Can you see any other solution?
