Issue Cannot close FTP process

Almalinux 9.4

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.69 #4

When I do
ftptop
I see two lines
PID S USER CLIENT SERVER TIME COMMAND
2541909 I userone xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx ::ffff:yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy:21 2680h5 idle
1778070 I usertwo xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx ::ffff:yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy:21 1h20m idle
But these PIDs do not exist.
The sessions don't appear in plesk active FTP session interface.
I tried to restart proftpd but the issue remains.
How can solve this issue?
