Cannot create domain

We recently upgraded from 7.6.1 to 8.1.1 and everything went smooth.

Now when we try to create a new domain it gives the following error:


Fatal error: Call to undefined function useWsbAlways() in C:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\plib\class.PHostingManager.php on line 156

The domain is created but for some reason the hosting doesnt get configured?
Any idea how we can resolve this?

We also get teh same error when we try to configure hosting for an existing domain.
