Cannot create email accounts!

Hi... I'm hoping someone can help me figure this out... I just recently switch from cpanel over to plesk upon a recommendation from a technician friend of mine and my server is from ServerBeach.com...

Anyway, I need to create several new email accounts within a couple of domains and I was actually able to do this last week.

But today when I login to my server account and then go into ANY domain, the ADD NEW EMAIL ACCOUNT option is grayed out and unavailable to me.

Otherwise, everything else is fine.

I've tried everything but no luck... I have a support ticket into ServerBeach.com but I was hoping somebody here might be able to give me a clue as to what's going on.

*NOTE: I am not a technician and can basically create new domains and stuff like that... I have no programming skill except for building web sites... LOL.

Are you the admin level or the client level?

Problem resolved...

Problem has been resolved...

It appears that even though I pay my monthly server fee, part of my fee goes to pay for the plesk licensing...

ServerBeach.com simply renewed the license to resolve the problem...
