Cannot create mySql DB - Admin has no priveledges

Hey eveyone!

Well, here is the error that I am getting.

"Unable to create database: Access denied for user: 'admin@%' to database 'test'.

Any ideas why this is happening?

BTW, I did search on the forums and there were previous posts, but none of them had an answer.
