Issue Cannot Delete Application

I installed an application (Prestashop) into a domain
I moved the domain into another, which did not work for what I wanted, so decided to delete and start from scratch. However, I've tried deleting the application, and removing the website, multiple times but it will not go. I dont even know where to find the error logs for what is happening. Is there any way for me to manually remove it?
