cannot disable domain creation for customer

hi,

although i disabled domain creation in my service plan: http://screencast.com/t/3uCXZwCOnVS the customer is still abel to create domains: http://screencast.com/t/jh60UWGPYUHv

the customer is in sync with the service plan.

is this a bug or do i need to disable something somewhere else?

the only thing which comes to my mind is, that the service plan has the setting for unlimited domains checked http://screencast.com/t/K2TtCaQVB, which is what i want, as i want to have no limit, how many domains a customer has, but i want to add them on my own, and not allow the customer to do it.

You should login in Control Panel as owner of subscription for applying all subscription permissions. Seems you have entered as admin in Plesk.

ah, i see, this makes perfectly sense.

please have another look at the spamfilter problem. http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?p=433815#post433815

basically i need a way to bulk update the spamfilter settings. should be possible somehow,
