cannot disable email autoresponder

Get internal error when trying to disable email autoresponders
Any suggestions?

Permission denied

Try to fix permissions with Plesk reconfigurator at least.

that worked temporarily, I get the internal error message again.
its seems like plesk keeps losing it permissions for the parallels folder in program files.
I cant run the configurator now, it says access denied

what should I do to fix this?
