Issue Cannot download backups

I'm running CentOS 7 on a Linux server.
Suddenly I can no longer download backups in Tools & Resources > Backup Manager.
I click on the down arrow next to the backup file, then I get the 'Download the Backup File' page.
I then put in the password including the repeat password and click OK. Then nothing happens!
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

maybe backup file is too big so you need to wait until it generate.

Yes, This is correct. Specially if you are downloading with a Password. It take some time to re-generate the files. It may take some time depend on the size of your backup files.
