Cannot enable firewall

I just installed a fresh new version of Plesk 7.6.1
No errors with installing.

When I want to enable the filewall in Plesk I get the following error:

I allready disbaled and enabled the firewal in the componement manager but this had no effect.

Who knows what is cuasing this and how to resolve this?

The firewall is working when I start it manually but I miss all ports for Plesk in it.
When it is manually started I stil get this error.

Please advise....

(running plesk 7.6.1 and windows2003 standard with sp1)
